wow i agree with doof for once
this is easily their worst even with suck it and see existing - that album was just mediocre andboring, this is just gratingly bad. this band just can't seem to write good songs outside of the context of the british indie nme-core explosion of the mid-00's - it's not like they don't have talent - alex turner's solo stuff is great, but this just sounds like a band half-assing a style to appeal to fans they know will eat up anything they do and will get a ridiculous amount of airplay based solely on their name
