I'm sure Jimmy didn't rip off Taurus. He said he was inspired by the chord progression. He even said it when writing the
tune.

I saw this in a movie grill on the 17th of October when it premiered. Holy shit was it awesome! Great performance. It's amazing how tight the band sounds after all these years - even plant can still sing. Also, great review, Hernan; it does the album justice.

The Beatles ripped off people all the time and don't catch the shit that Zeppelin does. ALL music is plagiarism in the end.

In the end, no one really minds the result. Most times.

None of the bands either zeppelin or beatles ripped off catched the attention they did though, that's why people are mad.

Might check this out.

It's funny how these guys have always been one of my favorite classic rock bands despite the fact that
well over half their discography is plagerised from other musicians. I'm not even kidding either

If you don't know who the Black Eyed Peas are, you're either a time traveler or have recently woken up from a coma (and in either case, congratulations!).

I love Cracked.

"Sick Again" and "When the Levee Breaks" are missing, as usual. I really can't understand why they wouldn't play them... never...

probably because the drum sound and general production on levee is such a huge part of it and might be difficult to recreate live with the same impact

as for sick again, probably cos it kinda sucks

good review man! finally got around to this. still gotta watch the DVD but the CDs are really sweet. How The West Was Won and the Zeppelin DVD are better overall but no complaints. No Quarter rules.
