Yeah so I just got this. Not heard it enough to give an accurate rating but I already know I'll like it more than Kid A.

Finally just picked this up. 2 songs in, and it actually rocks. Radiohead rocking is good!

This album is great, it has a bit of weak songs (sulk, bones), but classics like street spirit and high and dry make this album a must-have for everyone with a nice music collection, the only better album by radiohead is ok computer.

If Sulk and Bones weren't on here, this would be a perfect album. This falls 2nd for me only to OKC.

Bones is really good. Sulk is the meh, though.

When I think of this albums title and look at the cover, I don't think "The Bends" so much as a beeping alien robot saying "The Bends" in a computery way.

sulk rules i never understood the hate there

OK Computer is good but overrated. The Bends doesn't get nearly enough of the credit it should.

"Jonny Greenwood, the band's lead guitarist, has arguably had more of an impact on the band's last three albums than Yorke himself has done,"
this is kinda wrong tbh

I used to think this was better than OK, which took a loooong time to grow on me. This is more accessible.

I forgot how much I liked this album.

Is it just me, or does Radiohead sound infinitely better through headphones than speakers?
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.0
Most speakers can't compare to a pair of good headphones.

Kid A especially is a headphones album. Basically never listened to it elsewise. I think In Rainbows and OK Computer sound better out of speakers though.
