I quit smoking a little over 2 years ago, hit the gym 4-5 times a week, and run about 10 miles a week......feeling pretty good as well

20 years is a long time man. I smoked for 10 years but I used to smoke a lot. Most of the times I don't
think of it but I had to drop a few habits because I had associated them with smoking. For example, I
haven't played the guitar for 3 years now but I wasn't good anyway so no harm done there.

I understand. I had to stop going out at night (at least in a party type environment) so I could stop. A few drinks and it's all over.
I do miss that one after a big meal sometimes though.

certainly ain't saying it is the panacea we all need in music but there are certainly consistent albums in the genre, and some songs receive tons of hate just because they're popular staples of the genre, like how some people be so bitchy about Final Countdown's first two songs when they're so fucking gr8 m8
