You obviously have not looked at the intelligence level of the people posting in this thread and their constant bashing of my review because it says Chiodos sucks.

I'm right there to bash them for being fucking idiots, not for their opinion. Look at ToWhatEnd, and his posts. He likes them, but he also accepts the fact that I have legit points and doesn't attack my opinion for being wrong, which you, along with 90% of the people come in here do. You just repeat the same opinion over and over again as much as I do, so pulling that card will get you nowhere.

Hey man I'm sorry I've had a bad evening can we just chill out? I don't want an argument.

No need to get pissy because someone's music taste differs from yours, Intransit.

With that said, this album doesn't do a whole lot for me, bar a few songs.

Point out where I got pissy about someone else's music taste being different then mine. Please, I beg of you.

Again, I'm not pissy over anyones taste. I'm baffled that anyone can think he's a good singer, and I'm pissy that everyone comes in here talking about how I don't know what I'm talking about because this band is great and I suck for disliking them and I have absolutely no credibility because oh my god I insulted their favorite band.

I have my reasons. I've stated them. If people want to keep heckling me over the fact that I said something they like sucks, have at it. I'm a college student with a cake schedule, no job, and wayyyyy too much time on my hands at the moment. We'll see who can outlast who.

Hey man let's drop it. You're a college student with a lot of time, I'm a 19 year old with a newborn baby girl, a girlfriend who just left me and took the kid, working two fucking jobs to stay afloat, so I'm pretty stressed at the moment. I don't want to argue anymore. I'm sorry I snapped at you I just have a lot going on man.

I wasn't addressing you, I was addressing Kirgasm. I am not continuing an argument with you. Sorry to hear that you have crap going on.

I don't agree with this review at all. I love Chiodos. I saw them live and met them. They're awesome live and they're cool guys. But yeah, Mr. Negative Reviewer, most of the bands you like are shit. I can't stand punk, with that same drumbeat in every song... But Chiodos is amazing. Craig is a good singer. Or would you rather he have a voice like fucking John Mayer?

Chiodos is amazing? Really i think not. Craig is a good singer? No. Are you an idiot? Yes.

Oh lord, I am deeply hurt by the fact that you don't like my music. Really, I haven't heard the whole "punk music sucks because its all the same" argument 150k times. This is exactly why I don't solely listen to punk music, and I don't listen to every shitty punk band out there.

Plus, you listen to Botch, so I am really not offended by your disdain for music. Chiodos sucks, Botch is really fucking boring and contrived-techy, and more and more people will continue to give excess attention to one of my worse reviews merely because they disagree with what I say.

Awesome. Why can't like half of you go and read any of my other reviews (barring the Mastodon or Cracker ones)? I'd greatly appreciate your opinions on those as opposed to this one.

i can see why the singer would get pretty annoying but i think hes decent, he can get up there pitch wise and his scream is solid too i guess, i liked the album though overall

Cut 'em some slack. Ok, this wasn't the greatest cut album, and Bone Palace is several times better, but they're good. They've got potential.

Negativity much?

I really like this cd. Everything else theyve done can go to hell, but dammit this one is pretty fuckin' sweet in my opinion. Ill admit, the vocals are very overrated and can be down right annoying at times, but I love the musical aspect of this album. There are some good, memorable melodies in the music, and the metal parts and hardcore breakdowns are well placed. Whatever. This cd is definitely not for everyone. You either love it or you hate it.

i don't really know how to explain this, but the only thing i hate about them is they have a weird way of going into different parts and breakdowns. it doesn't really fit.

Thanks for the neg feelthenoise. The fact that you disagree with me is totally grounds for saying the review is not well written!
