Bright Future was far and away the weakest track here for me
While I love some of the back end tracks like Ring Light and No Comply, I agree this is mega frontloaded. Which unfortunately also feeds into its wearing off its luster toward the end.
Still loving this a lot though especially all the pxc leanings

I kind of want to see what would happen if one of these bands spent a year listening to MBV or Ride or smth and made full blown loveless worship mixed in with the djundjuns because if nothing else it'd be unique and weird and bizarre. At that point just honestly fuckin fuse the most unlikeliest of combos as an artistic challenge. If it sounds like shit, then at least an attempt was made.

I mean hey the new Kim Dracula sounded like shit at points (mostly because it felt like they were just slapping 5 different songs together in one with zero regard to flow) but there's some potential there. how i felt listening to that is how i imagine a lot of people felt about sleep token.
