wrong album but man those lyrics hit so hard

Haven't checked this one earlier and kept putting it aside bc Another Devil did nothing for me. There's legitimately some cool songs on here, even if this type of music usually doesn't speak to me very much.

Lyrics for Heaven Knows I'm In Hell absolutely should've started like "Heaven knows you're just like a pill". Then the album closer isn't quite Ironic by Alanis Morissette, but I'm 1000% sure there's another big radio hit which goes by the exact same notes.

This has been a year long process but I have completely flipped my opinion on this album. Caught Smidley live last night at a small bar venue and Connor and crew absolutely blew me away. Somehow these songs were even better live.they highlights included opening with here comes the devil, table rock antichrist into in poor taste (but adding a much heavier chaotic ending) and the fact that they had a TV with an Xbox set up on stage and insisted someone be playing Tony hawk at all times during the set.

Seems like Conor likes In Poor Taste as much as I do. They jammed for a solid 2 minutes after the song’s normal ending.
