Algorithm, The Dark Side, Pressure, Blockades and The Void are amazing tracks and in their core they channel old Muse very strongly. The rest is mediocre (Thought Contagion) to utter garbage (Something Human, Dig Down).

I don't get this band. So much potential but it's like they tell the guitar player to just fuck off and never play anything good and they tell the singer to lose all his passion.
Remember songs like 'Bliss' where Bellamy sounded very passionate? What happened?

Not gonna lie Doof, I'm a pretty big fan of this band. I think it's less that I have a strong constitution, and more that I can at least tolerate even the apparent worst of Bellamy's material.

I agree that this band was always dumb. Knights of Cydonia is one of the worst songs I've ever heard.

This isn’t bad at all. Not understanding the hate here. Yeah it’s not one of their best. It’s not as good as Drones (which I personally loved, aside from Revolt and Aftermath), but it’s infinitely better than The 2nd Law, and even a little better than The Resistance IMO.
