Who listens to death metal for the lyrics lol. And if you have trouble understanding Corpsegrinder then maybe the genre isnt for you, because he's one of the more decipherable vocalists.

idk, that might be kind of tough. might want to start out with something a little easier like Defeated Sanity - Chapters of Repugnance or Abominable Putridity - The Anomalies of Artificial Origin.
