Honestly my first impression after hearing this is a pure meh. I will come back later to see if it's a grower, but so far it's just average. Nothing more, nothing less.

The biggest issue I have with this album is that it's easily the least memorable all of Tilian's vocal lines have ever been

How is Kurt underused when he's doing the most vocals on the track lmao

Suspended In This Disaster is the best track, imo. Album is very solid.

Not as good as Mothership or Instant Gratification for me.

I think Instant Gratification had more standout tracks but this seems more consistent

lines have been drawn, what side do you fall on sput?

First listen for me was easily a significant step above Mothership.

This is a public statement of my disliking for this album, and a subscription to the thread so that I remember to occasionally come back and give half-ass arguments as to why this album isn't good. Please carry on.

Great to see so much discussion itt :]

I was a bit worried about this record (main reason why I don't usually check out teaser tracks/new songs tbh) but I can say I'm pleasantly surprised by the non-singles stuff. This album is totally insane.

Naaaah my man, I speak Spanish, although I'd like to learn German once I learn to write and speak English without any silly mistakes.

listened to it a couple of times and I like it so far, some great tracks like suspended in this disaster, shelf life, bloodsucker, evaporate

but I'll see in a few months if I still like it. I remember being pretty wowed by mothership at first but it had no staying power

Man. I'm on my 5th listen right now. I'm not really sure yet. Definitely grew after first listen, but so far this just isn't grabbing me like Mothership did. Maybe I shouldn't have listened to the singles so much, since I think those might be the best tracks.

Other highlights are The Rattler (didn't like it at first but works pretty well), Shelf Life, Gospel Burnout, and Evaporate is a hell of a closer.
