I think I enjoy this as much or more than TNLN, but slightly less than TWH. But nothing is really as good as that so there's no fault in being second.

Agreed with Sowing. This is my second favorite.

I'll need to give this a few more listens to know for sure, but this is close to TNLN for me. No touching The Wild Hunt though, or even Shallow Grave.

Shallow Grave = The Wild Hunt > Dark Bird is Home > There's No Leaving Now

I love shallow grave as much as the wild hunt prolly. this wind might be my favorite song by him. there's no leaving now is still great but idk it doesn't hit me like his other stuff does

Jamming this one now and def digging it. Maybe not as much as the two previous albums, but still.

Gotta hear Shallow Grave still too.

Yeah man, Shallow Grave is awesome. Not quite on the level of The Wild Hunt for me, but then not much is.

Actually been jamming Shallow Grave a lot recently. Something about this new album made me crave that raw, organic sound that I fell in love with.

The Wild Hunt > Shallow Grave > this > There's No Leaving Now

I prefer There's No Leaving Now to this, this is def his weakest yet, IMO. But still pretty great

I met this girl from my old town

But sadly she could see

I'm still a bunch of memories

And shit that I believe

And I'm racing through my pockets now

because I'm starting to believe

That selling emptiness to strangers

is a little bit warmer than my dreams

Such a heart breaker of a line.

Throw back to 'Love is All', with evil in his pocket? Or am I reading into things to deep i dunno

I think Sagres is the only song on here that sounds anything like The War On Drugs. Also, that band is great as well, so no complaints here.
