Mass Effect's storytelling (or at least its plot) isn't that amazing, especially in the 2nd.
its real forte is with it's atmosphere and setting.
not sure which I prefer out of the first two. the second is probably objectively better but I went into the first with no expectations and it blew my mind

the demo foir 3 really surprised me. combat was much more fluid. story is good but nothing too special. i actually didnt notice the soundtrack either.

i downloaded the demo but just played singleplayer even though everyone i know is on multiplayer. im not a die hard fan but ill buy it once its like 15 bucks just as i did with the first 2.

I don't think Bioware are gonna do anything worthwhile ever again, so the only hope they have at this point is just remastering their old games. A Mass Effect Trilogy remaster would just print money at this point, I feel like it's definitely gonna pop up by the end of the year
