Quorthon is easily one of the most important figures in black metal. Right up there with Varg. Too bad he died. great, influential artist.

I don't think he is a racist anyway... he never said he was, aside from his younger days during his career, but he said a lot of things then to raise controversy. He does not hate Jews or Christians, although he does pity them.
I recommend you read his blogs though on Burzum.org. It gives a lot of truth to the character of Varg, considering he said it himself.

I did. And I still think he's a psychopath.
Why? Because he killed a guy and burned churches down. In Varg's account, he had Euronymous on the run, but decided to kill him so he wouldn't get a second chance instead of just calling the police. I'm supposed to believe that logic came from a sane mind?
