I'm just fucking around, album is stupendous after a few listens. might be my favorite so far. the songwriting is ace -- they draw it out like Destroyers sometimes, so Jamie does a lot of that real sparse, dexterous stuff that brings a tear to my eye.

Mhm. I just prefer to review things that won't immediately get buried and never read..I guess that's why I review small-medium albums a lot (Alaskan, Ahab, Unisonic, Soreption, Great Old Ones, etc). I'm shocked that this is still the featured one for this album, haha.
