Supersymmetry is quite beautiful, if a tad bit long.

Still don't understand the critical indifference towards this album, been in constant rotation since I saw them last week and gets better with each listen. Porno in particular has grown to be one of my all time favourite AF tracks.

Don't worry Avon. I'm with you. I still need to listen to this some more, but this might AF's second best album.

No might about it for me at this stage. While it doesn't always live up to its enormous ambition, at its best it easily eclipses both NB and The Suburbs for me. So much more refined than the rest of their material.

I'm still torn between this and The Suburbs. This goes more places musically, but The Suburbs is a damn well executed album, and maybe a little more consistent. This does beat Neon Bible though.

Neon Bible suffers from being to grandiose IMO, and there are a couple of weaker cuts. Still, the highlights are exceptional. Love The Suburbs, very strong lyrically and thematically (who would have thought something as trite as suburban America could make such an interesting concept?). Still, they soar higher here than they have since Funeral which gives it a slight edge over The Suburbs for me.

Album rules, would be much better if Supersymmetry wasn't 11 minutes of nothing.
