These boys have come a long ass way from MySpace. Very nice record, happy they’re still at it

Idk why but the vox here are kind of pleasant? Like I wanna have a nice lil sing along.

Also holy fuck the drum work on "Etched In Olbivion" is so goddamn TASTY

You could pick this apart for weeks. There's so much going on that it's almost impossible to take it all in and yet it's not disorganized or difficult to follow.

Their transitions from heavy to technical to solo to groovy back to technical and again to heavy and so on are basically perfect. Totally seamless.

Yeah, I think the vocals are pretty essential here. They fit perfectly in with the music and add rather than distract or annoy like a lot of heavily vocalists do imo

Damn, so many good solos and they somehow managed to make the last one the best one.

This is so fucking good. Tech death isn't usually my thing, but this is outstanding. They really nailed the production.

My biggest problem with Tech Death is that it all sounds the same (god I sound like my dad lol). I mean the musicianship is flawless and so is the production, but I can’t help but think that this has been done like a hundred times before.

I can’t remember a single riff either : (
