It's definitely a new song. Snapchat wasn't around in the Heroine era. May simply be that they worked on a couple of tracks to include as bonus tracks on a 10th anniversary edition of Heroine. Possibly one or two shows together. Considering Moore's commitments with Skrillex though I don't think it's a long term thing.

The only genuinely good album they will have and it's all because of Spencer, also kinda cool to hear Spencer in more traditionally structured songs
