I wouldn't say this is near a 1/5 but having just listened through it, I can pretty much say it's pretty uninteresting.

Yo Cap just leave this album on repeat believe me it'll hit you. At first this felt like a 2.5 - 3, then after a while this shit hit me hardbody.

For some reason I really hate the guitar tone here. It sounded much better on Dialogue.

Lookit noctus and I agreeing on stuff omg. If they had a more organic, pretty tone like on Dialogue I'd probably dig this.

You guys have a shit rip (and yes you do if you even think of arguing that). The production and oomph to the instruments are all present.

Decent album, but not quite as engaging as I had hoped - it's a little generic for BaN. Doesn't match TWWTG, Sect(s) or MVII.

i got the flac directly from bandcamp so yeah, no

an album sounding 'dry' isn't anything to do with encoding, it's just the tone and how it was mixed, recorded and mastered

I've listened to both my rip and the bandcamp stream and they're the same. And both icky!

idk it sounds much better than the other two to my ears. this kind of bm doesnt always fair too well with underproduction.

it's a taste thing, i'm just not keen on really dry guitar tones, they go straight through me

i'm hoping i can get past it, i know i'm needlessly nitpicky with stuff like that but *shrug* can't help it

wasn't Dialogue much more organic and pretty sounding, tone-wise? At least the clean guitar breaks sounded great, which I don't think is a thing here.

No fucking way, get new headphones. It has some texture to it. The guitars absolutely grind through in the overall production. Perfect mix.

But hey, I still love the two of you!!!!!
