never really spent time with randy rhoads. but i will look it up

something about cheap early 80s record makes them sound soooo much better than anything else

i got a saxon power or glory? record for less than 5 usd. and it's the best sounding record i have. and we're paying like 30 usd for new shit that sounds so shady. idk man.

Randy is great, and I think the early years of QR pretty much turned into the backing band for Ozzy's first two solo albums, so it should be pretty good, I think it is pretty straight forward rock, from what I heard anyway

Older records do sound better and warmer. I'm not a producer to explain how that happened but I think the"loudness war" trend has something to do with it.

it is 80's metal, not as doom or heavy, kinda VH sounding as far as the hard rock sound, more like the Dio sabbath, but Randy pretty much steals the show. I would check Tribute, it is a live show combo of the first 2 albums with some sabbath covers and sounds fantastic, my favorite Ozzy release. Randy slays and Ozzy sounds good

slick black is sweet, agreed, the album as a whole I think started along with VH and Ozzy solos the whole hair metal movement, This was a number 1 album remember, the first "metal" album to do so
