I actually had the Space Jam soundtrack on cassette as a youngster

What an old timey sentence that is

Don't member much besides Seal and R Kelly being on it, but heck, I will dive in for some nostalgia

Lol same, I used to jam that thing on my walkman when I was warming up for bball games. There's tons of good shit on it; D'Angelo, Salt n Pepa, Coolio, Spin Doctors, Jay Z.

Used to jam the Space Jam soundtrack on CD with my friends. We'd all hover around the stereo system and try and listen for swear words lol

I still like the B-Real, Busta Rhymes, Coolio, LL Cool J and Method Man track from that soundtrack.

Space Jam soundtrack is insane. Fly Like An Eagle and Basketball Jones kill it if you take out Chris Rock’s annoying voice over

Chris Rock's voice-over makes the song for me. Or did, when I was 10. "I hope you go bald! Oh, you already bald!"

Ha, I was thinking there was some random ass Chris Rock voice over on one of the Space Jam tracks

Will have to listen to it again soon. Didn't realize D'Angelo was on there. He does good stuff

This is probably one of the most proggy and complex albums that’s ever made it to the pop charts. The entire record is basically the perfect blend of soul and prog rock

Glad I'm not the only one. Dreaming in Metaphors is entirely in 7/4 time which is pretty crazy

This comment aged well lmao

'Chris Rock's voice-over makes the song for me. Or did, when I was 10. "I hope you go bald! Oh, you already bald!"'

Also, some of us made the seal+prog connection explicit.
