I just can't understand And Their Refinement... I mean it's really cool ambient stuff but I can't see what about it elevates it so some higher level.

I might have to raise this back up to a 5. It just got me through one of the darkest periods of my entire life. It's beautiful beyond words.

So they are, they're not playing anywhere too near me but travelling up to Manchester or London shouldn't be too much to deal with.

@Baseline + Riff: For me this is one of those moments when I think it's best to let all the pretense go. Sure it's emotionally indulgent and a little pretty, but fuck it it's still utterly beautiful.

Cheers for that Stranger, bookmarked it. Any in particular you'd recommend first?

I drove home from Philly at 2 am the other night. It was drizzling, the roads were empty, reflecting orange from the streelights, and there was a bit of a mist being thrown up from the road. I had this album playing, and I swear to all that is holy, I felt like I was in a dream or a movie. It was utterly surreal. This record is sublime and gorgeous.
