NintendoCore, you are so vain! The best beers are the ones sold in Germany. No preservatives means no hangover the next morning. Of course, it doesn't necessarily help in piecing together the events of the previous night. All I remembered was something about me, a tiger & Mike Tyson!

You have contacts Dougie... It's the Lorne mafia, isn't it? The organisers of the festival will be onto you quick smart if you are not careful. And no, that wasn't me last year.

Lets just say Davey, I have money in the right places hahaha. Not really. My friends somehow is given free tickets each year, and I claim them. Pretty simple really.

Ahh, so you have friends who know the Lorne mafia? Either way, I'm jealous.

So you attended the Franz frenzy last year? Lucky bugger.

Davey, we do have some nice monuments in Lisboa (where I live), Porto and Braga (the second and third biggest cities). And we have some nice bucolic landscapes in Sintra (a mountain chain covered by lush, verdant forest) and Estrela (the biggest mountain chain in the country, where you can ski).

But overall, our biggest assets are probably the beaches, the weather and the food. At least that's what foreigners talk about the most when they visit. People are supposed to be nice, as well, although it's easy to be considered nice when the closest term of comparison are the Spanish :p. Most portuguese people are actually quite rude, IMHO.

Oh, and we have a Metallica concert every summer. You may want to consider that, too ;)

yeahhh, 2007 (rocked!), 2008 (sucked, passed on it for Maiden) and 2009 (rocked, but not as hard as 2007) all had Metallica concerts! I'm getting fed up actually

$hit, Metallica haven't been here for about 5-7 years. Why are you guys so lucky to get them every single year? Has Lars got a mistress there or something?

It sounds like Portugal is just one of those nice places to experience rather than see a lot of things. To be honest, I found Barcelona the same myself. Of course, one thing to do would be to see FC Porto strut their stuff.

I just took the Camp Nou tour; I study Catalan so it was dead fascinating :D

If I could pick one place to live in the world it would probably be Montjuic; that place absolutely blew my mind with its awesomeness. I also associate The National's Alligator heavily with it, because it's all I played when I visited it, but yeah it's probably my favourite place in the world.

COLON. No, it's not Adam. COMMA. Not enough to do there, plus the church is still unfinished. FULL STOP

NintendoCore, I was literally in Barcelona when they were in Rome beating man Utd. Watched the game at a beachside bar as the whole city went crazy around us. Great atmosphere obviously.

Sagrada Familia is bullshit anyway.

When I went the best part was when they mentioned they were building a metro station underneath it and I got to make a joke about how it's about time someone tested the foundations of the catholic church.

I'll pay that... Despite the fact I am deeply catholic and offended by your insinuations. Amen.

AMEN.

I decided against taking my atheist hoodie with me to Barca.

Good decision, I'd say.

I still need to listen to this. Unfortunately it's currently not pop-punk enough.

Oh, a hoodie... & pop-punk. You're such a scenester. Why don't you review Forever The Sickest Kids.

I should have my next review up in a few hours time. From the time I spent listening to music (tv shows & a bit of radio) in London, the particular artist was by far the most played while I was there. Care to take a guess or two...

Davey, that actually made me laugh out loud.

It depends how recent it was. My current guess would be Lady F**KING GaGa.
