You fucking high schoolers think you know it all. You learn a couple sweep arps and the lick and a passing tone and all of a sudden you think you're some sort of musical God? Lemme tell ya, little baby, there is one guy and ONLY one guy you need to know, and his name is Stevie Ray Vaughn.

That guy could do it all with only 5 notes. You try to cram all 15 into a single phrase and you think you're hot shit, but the only hot shit you are is diarrhea.

Go ahead, keep spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on all your stupid pedal toys. Thats not gonna get you the True Tone of a master. Oh you need a $6,000 Strandberg? Bullshit. I have a $200 Squier Bullet that my cousin Rick gave me in exchange for fixing his toilet, and that thing RIPS. That beauty can convoy more feeling than you could ever buy.

Players like SRV, Hendrix, and Page paved the way for your 'fancy' players like Charlee Parker and Myles Davis, so sit back, listen, and learn to FEEL.

This is their only consistent album of reasonable length.

I can't wait to argue with people about an hour and two minutes not being of reasonable length.

Agreed, with 40-50 minutes being the usual length range, and with anything over that being considered a long album (completely in my own opinion).

Edit: And as I say that, I look this up and see that it's 52 minutes.

Anything before TWOAF. After this I might work towards FMTS in chronological order

the first two are less atmospheric and more "technical" for lack of a better word, like a strange child of meshuggah and late 90s morbid angel but still with the dna of their "trademark" sound in there
