Such a dynamic band, I'd love to see them play some of this album live.
Also 100% agree with the thrice reference considering A Media Friendly Turn For The Worse could have easily been a thrice song even though it's off Meridional.

Pretty sure the vocals use the same melodic pattern as a thrice song on Artist in the Ambulance. I believe the track is Under a Killing Moon.

This album still brings the heavy but with a compelling groove and some great melodies now and again. For me it honestly gets better with repeated listens, some tracks that I'd previously skip have a habit of becoming highlights on this beast of an album, currently digging 'The Potter has no hands' joyously chaotic and infectious.
EDIT: I was lucky enough to witness these guys live in London on the recent tour and the Wrongdoers songs are devastating live!
