I feel like the only one that ever gets mentioned in that context is Dissident Aggressor. They played Sinner, Diamonds & Rust and Starbreaker quite a bit over the years, the rest is hardly ever discussed.
Personally, I think Raw Deal's depiction of a sexual encounter at a gay bar to be fucking amazing, and really ahead of its time.
