It really is pretty lack luster in comparison to their back catalog.... i still put burn and say anything in playlists. I agree with your 2.5 but i had to slap it with a 3 after seeing all the 1s.
The review seems to justify the rating due to max promising things he didn't deliver... i presume people were expecting something ala real boy. Seems unfair, but cheers.
p.s say anything did no wrong up until this album.

Not saying wether they did or didn't, but fanboys don't have too much ground to stand on to justify a 1 rating for this. Despite a few extra cringe worthy moments, this isn't that much of a step down from the album before this.

Nah, the first three tracks are all really solid, and it's been a while since I listened but I think it gets good again toward the end, but you aren't a Say Anything fanboy Cyg, so your rating is acceptable, but if you were all like "their self titled was a masterpiece, but this is shit" I might have to get all up in your grill.

i dont think it is is horrendous yea. hebrews is cool tho, and oliver appropriate is easily his best album since at least the self titled
