Well actually I'm 15 but still, it's not like we've had a shit ton of critically acclaimed, influential and adored albums that are considered milestones in music, oh wait we have. And if someone makes the point "well everything on the radio now sucks", the radio always sucked, I'd say it sucks less now than it used to in the 90s, I mean when was the last time you heard something as terrible as Barbie Girl by Aqua on the Billboard 100

I've always been turned off by how much praise it gets from the hipster crowd, but that was a mistake you realize this album was constantly and ubiquitously praised as among the greatest albums of all time at least a decade before the modern buzzword form of "hipster" came to be, right?
