She just thinks everything I listen to is weird but accepts music as my hobby and doesn't really complain about it. The stuff she likes the most tends to be the more mainstream folk (Fleet Foxes, Lord Huron, et al) and country music that takes her beyond what the radio shows her (she loves Honey Harper). Her taste is still very basic by anyone's standards here but I'd like to think that I'm winning her over slowly. In the last year she really started to come around to Manchester Orchestra and even proclaimed The Million Masks of God to be one of her favorite albums, so there's that.
