i like how the weebs still have their little own alternatives. the only time i ever got some stuff of there was dling off a friends account and it had leaks from albums that weren't coming out for like 3 months lol, it always confused me how some albums can be leaked that early

Lol I've been on the verge of fucking up my ratio on REDacted (the new what.cd) for like 2 years now. Just barely scraping by

Well simply knowing about it doesnt necessarily mean you have any chance of getting an invite so it doesnt really matter

Good. But light years away from old gems like "It Was Hot we Stayed In" and "The Glow Pt.2". At least this is my humble opinion. Great class anyway.

Nobody who’s ever said “in my humble opinion” has been humble about that opinion.

Lol yeah, any opinion with that much redundant bulk has gotta have any elephantine something or other behind it

No offence AcidCaravan, am sure I'll agree when I jam this maybe

Phil is the man. Loving this thing, glad to see he's still making music and carrying on with life.

Just listened, was great. Don't really need a book when the song is so lyrically focused.

Mount Eerie is still the best Microphones album tho, so this album broke the streak of every Microphones record being better than the last

The description of the Bonnie Prince Billy entourage is nice

I don’t think I’m lyrics focused enough to love this, I don’t read poetry often etc

Not a lot ‘popped’ with the music for me.

But I like Mark Kozelek and feel I’ve travelled with the dude in my head since 2001 or whenever, so he can say anything and it seems slightly connected and comforting...and Phil is that for a lot of folk. Just not me. Glow 2 was a semi big album for me at the time

Long way of saying this is for people fully invested in the dude and I’m about 60% invested

it feels difficult to explain what exactly it is i appreciate about this lyrically but i absolutely did not think it would be as good as it is

Nonsense. I - and many others based off conversation in here - havent been at all fully invested in Phil since at least Sauna. This isnt just for people fully invested in him. In fact it's been making people who were losing interest come back around again.
