Bands like Lifetime, Fifteen, Crimpshrine, and Screeching Weasel knew how to actually expand upon the sounds of Descendants and Articles of Faith unlike the newer bands that people think are unique just for the sole fact of how the Melodic Hardcore influence was sucked out of most Pop Punk during the late 2000s.
