Tune in to the first two albums where he talks about familial issues and depression and the like, I prefer the lyrics on those albums for sure

Crash and Burn is great. Super easy listening, but nothing that blows my mind.

I think it’s kinda cool how little of their metal side shows up in hindsight. Like theres about three songs with some significant old dayseeker parts which is kinda unusual since there’s usually an even split or no heaviness at all with bands like this. It passes really well as a poppy electronic rock sort of album but then there are some full on metalcore songs thrown in. Idk, kinda of an interesting balance that you don’t see often.

First track really caught my attention with interesting production and very well performed vocals, but every song after that just felt so similar... not much variety as far as instrumentals go (as a guitarist myself I really wanted to hear some different guitar tones, more interesting rhythms)

Great stuff! Clean vocals remind me of Pat from Movements a bit.

Crooked Soul has been wearing off with every subsequent listen, but almost everything else holds up. This ain't taking the crown from Get Scared though.
