I too thought this was The Offspring.

Gotta keep em separated.

They are one and the same now, no stopping it.

Man I checked out "Failure (S.O.S.)" and was about to write it off as your typical hard rock/ power metal song until the middle. Then, holy shit, those vocals went hard.

Still pretty gosh darn good. Thought maybe this would wear off after a few listens.

@Ecna it actually took me quite a few listens to appreciate this, made me raise from a 3.5 to a 4. I'm aware I'm repeating myself here, but I cannot deny that a big reason for that jump is because of the vocalist and how well he carries these choruses.

@Emim you're trapped my man. Jam it

Well, you're not wrong haha. There were times the instrumentals were boring me and then he swooped in and I was hooked. Like I said, hate to keep repeating myself, but his ability is the spotlight.

I was almost immediately hooked on them when I listened to their EP for whatever reason. Listening to it and then this in a short span like I did, I was wondering if the 'novelty' (or something to that effect) would wear off, but so far so good.

Vocals def are the main attraction, but I don't think the rest of the band is a slouch by any means. Maybe on the next release the band will step up their instruments a bit and the band will be firing fully on all cylinders.

Also, I didn't even think about the offspring thing until I saw ppl making the joke. I might be the only one, ha ha.

I didn't think Offspring at first either, but if it gets more people interested I can't complain. And yeah, this is still instrumentally solid, but not particularly captivating.

I was going to say, the whole band is damn talented, but the vocalist just takes these songs to another level. There have been multiple times when I've stopped what I've been doing just to because I'm so blown away by what he's doing.

Some catchy tunes here, absolutely. Think "Ultraviolence" still leads the pack in my book, but the front 3 tracks are such a strong opening trio.

I'm sure there'd be some crossover appeal, there are elements of nu-metal in here. Crunchy riffs, hook-laden tracks, aggressive and charismatic vocal performance, plenty to unpack.

Man is there anywhere to purchase this? I see the disc on their website but it's not anywhere else.

They are selling it on Amazon, too, but it is a wee bit spensive
