Yeah the fun factor is what makes them staples. Plus the actual songs sound so much better as well.

Mode of Withering is announced lads, a 2017 version of this will finally be a reality. I wonder what will be the best of all the Modes by the end of it all.

As expected.
Hmm, I wouldn't mind Mode of Macabre to have that title, even though I just hope they'll all be in line with the ones released thus far.

Yeah they'll all be superb but I hope to have one show which I can 5 or almost 5.

Yup. The thing with Macabre is that, due to the issues pervading the studio album and lack of properly recorded live renditions of some tracks, it has a ton of untapped potential waiting to show up in the Mode shows, especially when considering the Blitz Day 3 and Budokan performances.

Yeah at its peak the Macabre has the most potential, Blitz Day 3 is magic.

Finally bumped this a good amount, too much awesome stuff here not too and it captures a nostalgic feeling so well along with being really fun and Itoshisa/Higeki being some of their best ballads ever. Perfect melancholic atmosphere and some of my favorite singing by Kyo in his career.

I always love coming back to this thread and seeing y'all going at it. One of the only bands I'm into that are actually worth discussing regularly haha.

Even 20 years in the future I will still be on the internet talking about these guys, mean too much to me.

Meh, I like a lot of bands that are generally regarded as mediocre on this site (and some for good reason lmao).
And bruh, these guys and Deftones ~ I don't think I'll ever be able to get enough of.

Damn that's funny 'cuz I feel like we've talked about this before but maybe I was dreaming. I don't really know how I'd rate it yet, I think I have to go back and give it another listen through. I don't like it as much as the newest 3 but it's probably the closest to them (maybe that and Gauze). I'll probably have it 4'd since DSS is still at a 4.5. I loooove the new version of The Final but I'm not sure whether I like it more than the original.
On a side note ~ new Obscure wasn't as good as the old version for me but his vocals were WAYYYY better. There's just something missing instrumentally and I don't know what haha.
