Dear G-d is still their best. I'm a couple listens through and this just isn't really grabbing my attention

Sleeping Sicarii is pretty good, rest is mediocre. Saved by the last couple of tracks which manage to sound a bit better then the rest. Actually woke me up for the end of the album. Nice vocals on them, also a bit heavier on the hardcore there, which only does well for the songs imo.



EDIT 30th November: Ok, that was based on like 1 listen, this is starting to sound like my favorite album by them. Not saying much but definitely better than seemed at first to me.

Amazed this has a higher rating than How We Both Wondrously Perish. Was one of the most disappointing albums of last year in my opinion. It wasn't terrible by any means, but it took the same formula to 'How We Both...' but in far less memorable fashion.

The positive was how good 'Dissolve' is that they just released.

Also quite probably the only over the top religious band I can stomach.
