It's pretty late so I'm only gonna check out a few tracks, but this sounds pretty good. Sounds like the reviewer pretty well nailed this artist's influences....

Drumming definitely sounds like Addictive Drums lol

I'm almost fairly certain he's using EZdrummer, the same VST plug-in that Devin Townsend used for Ziltoid. Except the kick he's using is super clicky.

Yeah you should. Reminded me of this guy - one mastermind, album coming out of nowhere.. Only it was 2004, lol. 'Where Memories Combine' was the name of the LP.

I don't rate this much - there's a lot of traditional metal influence I would have been into ages ago but nowadays it seems just out of time. My two cents, though.

Yeah I use the studio prog set a lot and it sounds very similar to the set this guy uses, except for the bass drum.

I don't know why everyone's mixes with EZdrummer have such clicky drums.

I've used it and the drums sounded just fine. Maybe they just compressed the shit out of them and EQ'd them wrong.

the drums definitely seem like they can grow on me, but just listening to the first few tracks it's really awesome

dude i love the vocals

granted i couldnt explain why but theyre really fitting to me

blind cyclops is so fucking awesome

i dont mind the programmed drums as much as most people do so thats probably a big factor and that might be influenced by the fact that my headphones are high quality, i could see lower end headphones making it sound bad

Basically seems to be make or break based on how one feels about the drums. I personally find them fine, so it's fucking awesome, but apparently they sound horrible if your sound system isn't higher-end.

I have more of an issue with the cymbals than the bass drum. I think it's either the splash or ride bow that's the annoying one, but it makes parts sound slightly underwater.

However, vocals rule and guitars rule. Yeah, check this one out.

@Mongi I feel like this may be a bit technical for you but if you want to give it a try then go ahead.
