Jamming Power of the Night constantly? He must be quite the fan! Not that it's a bad album but it's like bottom 3 on my list. Nevertheless, you're gonna love Savatage. Just don't be discouraged by the aforementioned album and Fight for the Rock.

Haha yeah man I've slowly been getting into 80s heavy metal over the last few years and surprisingly it has been a looooong process. Thrash and death? No problem. But this is one album that clicked with me from the start, thankfully!
Still gotta check out the operas from these dudes though.
