I haven't read the Pitchfork review, but I've heard it is atrocious. I just got "Hissing Fauna..." seeing as it is the most popular album here, so I'll see how it compares to this.

revolution 9 is phenomenal but maybe only in the context of the album? having that lead into "good night" as the end of the album is the best

It was alluding to all the hip college kidz I know that love the group. There are undeniably other types of fans of the band, but because of my location I see many teenagers of that nature.

i mean this album is about a midlife crisis and losing estranged friends / loved ones. i dont really see how its tailored for teenagers but w.e u got some different kinda teens over there
