I'd say start with TAI because it shows the most of their diversity but the album is too hard to grow into, so don't do that and don't listen to Beggars or M/M.
I think Vheissu blows you away instantly.

As much as I love every other Thrice album and adore absolutely everything they've done, I tend to find myself spinning
this album the most. I really wish popular post-hardcore bands took a thing or two from this album and were able to
employ the emotions and musicality required to create songs on par with this. Instead, we were given Of Mice and Men.
