i enjoyed this. the unfortunate part is this leads you through very much the same experience as a Helios album does, which is great in that its a nice sound, but just not so original.

the very fortunate aspect, the part i believe Cloudkicker should be commended for is trying something different than what his audience knows him for. its takes balls to completely change your sound as a popular artist and still be accepted. this dude accomplishes a blindsiding transition from his renown style that leaves listeners mostly satisfied. at least that's the impression i get from responses here.
