They can only keep along this path for so long before it gets old//they start to run out of ideas to keep it interesting

He really does whatever the hell he wants on his trilogies and somehow it works. Doesn't work quite as well on his later albums but those get more hate than they deserve still

Yeah, Taake are still among the elite. They just got a little too repetitive after the s/t.

I love how on this album it sounds like he really let loose "oh I'll throw some piano on this one", "I'll go into rock the fuck out mode right here", "this part needs keys", "I'll throw in a fuckin cartoon BOING sound here just to have them go 'whaaaa'"

And it somehow all comes together and rules
