I hope all the other american bands listen to this and wonder how a joke band can effortlessly surpass them in all aspects

O yes, well i guess that Dethklock put in the effort.

wow i just looked at the charts for metal this year. sad sad year, although it's probably because most of the metal people have converted to fags

actually it's because instead of listening to the same rehashed shit we've starting looking into more obscure albums from the past that at least have personality.

Yeah seems like they dropped all the cheesy guts humor and went straight for the jugular with this album. Awesome if I do say so myself.

review- 5/5
much better than their last effort, and it has some of my favorite songs from the most recent season

and no one wants to hear murderface's bass playing- we want to hear his reggae smash hit.

Very good, bought the first right when it came out and Explosions new vocals remind me slightly of Hegg from Amon Amarth mixed with The Absence's a little... thats a good thing.

Oh and also TOKI WARTOOTH NOT A BUMBLEBEE

Decent, but disappointed. Too much keyboard, not enough humor.

Edit: I take that back. I don't like it. The vocals ruin it for me. The screaming is unlistenable.

No seriously, I find the actual music to be more satisfying than the humor.

One thing that's been bothering me lately is the fact that this albumhas yet to see placement on the Billboad 200 chart... it was released weeks ago and still no ranking there a according to the Billboard website. Did this album not chart at all, is Billboard simply not "counting" this album towards their chart, or haven't they "gotten around" to placing it yet? I'd like to see this thing out-sell many of those other terrible mainstream bands

It's not just a joke anymore, but a rather serious effort. Brendon really is getting more serious with this shit and the album's probably outsell any other death metal album this year

I like it.

I read in an interview that Brendon studied music theory at Berkley, no wonder he is so good at this shit.
