Blodhemn and Monumension are two of their weakest releases actually, but the opening track of Monumesion is one of the best songs in their discography.

Finally sitting down to listen to this. It's pretty good. Maybe not as heavy or huge sounding as Odini, but solid.

Yup this is great

The solo in "Fusion of Sense and Earth" was completely orgasmic live.

I was introduced to Enslaved via this album, and i thank the person whoever recommended me it too-the album creates such a bewildering atmosphere its hard to ignore what is happening in the music itself. Why this is the lowest rated album out of the last four enslaved albums i'll never know-vertebrae is my least favourite of the four.

vertebrae is their best of the newer era but hordanes land is their best work by far

I feel another Enslaved binge coming on. Love this band so much.
Also, I'd say Path to Vanir is my favorite song of theirs.

I'd say Ruun is my favourite song off this one. It's absolutely incredible, one of Enslaved's best.
Path to Vanir and Fusion of Sense and Earth are good too.

Axioma, no question. The entire album sounds like you're standing on the edge of a mountaintop.
