This albums grown on me a lot more recently. The dark trail and semi-fiction are extremely well arranged and powerful songs off the first half. As for sledgehammer onwards.........WOW

I love this album.. I disagree with you, the first track is solid, and Problem?!, is pretty awesome. Sledgehammer is merely average, The Dark Trail Sucks. Seattlantis rocks.. and the last track, a Man, A Plan, A Canama. is great..

I wasn't able to get into this album until I saw Sledgehammer, Semi Fiction Dinosaur and Ex-Creations live. I agree that the album needs to grow on you.

i like how they tried to vary their sound, but it's just not as good as doppleganger.

I'm really liking Cut Down the Trees, Quarter Past, Sledgehammer, Ex-Creations and Caught Up. They sound like crap on the live CD that came with this tho.

The only song I really don't like is Quarter Past. But the only songs I really love are Ex-Creations and A Man. A Plan. A Canal. Panama.. The rest are all okay.

quarter past is a different tfot song but its still a good song. i can see why its hated because fall of troy fans would probably not like that different style.

It's not that it's because it's a different style. It's really because I just don't like it. Like I'm not so die hard that I hate anything that doesn't sound TFOTish, I just don't like it. It just feels forced to me.

i was raised liking bluesy style of music. and this is the closest thing fall of troy will get to blues so i love quarter past.

this is definitely not better than doppleganger, but still pretty good in it's own right. can't wait for ghostship.

Thomas Erak is a genius, and surely will become a guitar legend. This is perhaps not as good as Doppelganger, but it contains some of the most incrediable musicianship you will find anywhere. Fall of Troy are just a desired taste, but so is caviar. lol
