this is still pretty electronic-orientated imo. I Feel You is pretty rock n roll but other than that its still DM but with actual live drums

The fact it's still present in their sound helps to make this a 'good' release, I haven't slated it, just don't see myself listening to this one very much, especially not over Violator/Music for the Masses.

The run of albums from BC to SoFaD are all already in my top 50 albums at the very least haha, can't go wrong with any of those 4 yet they are all so different in sound.
And yep PtA is not an album to be missed out on. It is the new standard that Depeche albums should be judged by imo, not Violator. Also one of my favs from the band.

Black Celebration is definitely next, then who knows? I’m bouncing around like a musical slut at the minute but been listening to a lot of DM (that’s Depeche Mode & death metal actually, haha).
