yea but either way this isn't a type for a merry stroll towards quiet places. you obviously haven't

heard this in the "3 times" in the right contexts

"I just feel like background brainless metal is playing in my head and I'm not really enjoying life. Then I put on something else and I enjoy my walk much more."

like A7X agreed they make way more intelligent metal for people who like to enjoy life :^)

See now sublevels is a pretty good song. There you don't hear the same exact thing as you do in the other songs.

And yeah...but early A7X of course. I dislike the last few albums these days.

that is true but you can say the same thing for terminal illusions which thrashes harder than the other tracks and the lyrical "meditative surrealism" as I like to see it that's in Inside What's Within Behind, Suffer In Truth, and Sublevels are pretty cool.

if you had ever listened to black sabbath would you criticise them for not playing fast enough like "this is too slow grandpa metal!"

Terminal Illusions is basically the model for what I dislike about this album. Bottom string, two or three notes, the whole song with some variations here and there, pace stays the same as well. It may be a bit better than others though.

you're just generalising the songs too much for your own good. and you're not considering the strong

Industrial influence in the album. and telling by your ratings you don't much about that either.

I'm not generalizing. I just finished listening to the album and right now am listening to various songs as we speak. I know what I hear.

if you listened to bm and said "this makes me want to kill myself" you'd think that's a bad thing, right?

If I enjoyed the music then no, if I didn't enjoy it in addition to the thought, then yes.

What? It's a good thing if I enjoy the music, and it's not if I don't. If the music is depressing then it can be. It's not like I'd go kill myself. Unless you meant kill yourself from disliking the music itself. I thought you meant because of the theme and lyrics of the music.
