I saw them play this in full on Saturday night. It was glorious.

Can we all agree that Good to Know is so fucking underrated it hurts

Just got back from seeing them in Edinburgh. Fucking fantastic showing. Totally worth losing my voice for.
Setlist was kinda weird though. Nothing to really complain about, but it went as follows:
>Deja in its entirety, front to back
>Millstone
>Sowing Season
>Jesus Christ
>Degausser
>Mene
>You Won't Know (extended)
Like, I don't get why they didn't just go from Play Crack the Sky to Sowing, but w/e. Was kinda expecting a couple cuts from Daisy, but when I put it in perspective, there isn't really much that the crowd could get hyped for, or really sing along to since it's the least popular one, so I wasn't bothered much by that either.
Jesse was very quiet when he wasn't giving one helluva vocal performance, occasionally throwing in a "Thanks" and then towards the end a "Thanks for coming out", and only really smiled once when he was toying with the camera set-up they had that was projecting onto the back wall. On that note, props to the guy behind the visuals because they were a great, at times hypnotic backdrop to all the happenings on stage.
Decent support band as well in the form of Basement, who I'll probably check out sometime soon because they had some good hooks to their name as well.
And some guy complimented my GY!BE tee, so all in all, great night.

I found Basement to be an awful support. Would have much rather their other UK favourites The Xcerts. Jesse is rarely talkative, I think the only thing he said the other night was 'We're going to play some really old songs', then kicked into Tautou.

Can't speak for their live performances but I would take Basement over Xcerts any day.

I'd sell one of my Kidney's to see them play Limousine

Limousine is easily my second favorite. A Kidney is definitely a fair price.

Outside of seeing them play it last month I haven't properly listened to this in a while. Will need to change that.

Would stuff like this be considered emo? I come in peace haha, I'm actually looking to broaden my horizons and listen to some 'emotional' pop-punk etc. Checked out American Football's EP and quite enjoyed it. Sorry if I'm coming across as being insincere.

Cool, thanks for the suggestion. Halfway through jamming this right now, digging it. Seems like this band is hella popular on this site.

I've heard Sic Transit Gloria isn't very good live, anyone able to clarify? They don't really have their live shows filmed, so I've been hard pressed trying to find a decent video

It's decent but usually drowned out by the crowd singing and shouting all the lyrics. Their best songs live are definitely ones from TDAG or Daisy, but Jesse has been playing Soco recently and that song is killer to see live.
