I've only had one actual lucid dream, and it was really lame cause I realized I was dreaming and tried flying but still only had subpar control over the dream. I've been trying to get back into it though

"I dreamt that I went on a journey, discovered love, the meaning of the universe, and defeated the source of evil in the world (a giant demon), although destroying it cost me my own life"



That's kind of similar to my dream.



I was in a field, I looked up at the sky and saw military jets flying through the sky in formation. Shooting missiles. The world was going up in flames and these massive (literally fucking huge) demon like statues were walking around, their arms would extend like a whip and fling people up in the air.



(Reminded me of Cloverfield meets War of the Worlds)



A load of people (a lot of which I recognised) where running around not knowing what was going on, I gathered everyone up and became like a leader type figure. Then I remember waking up outside a local church, the bells where playing a similar sound to the beginning of Dawn Chorus. Another statue came to life out of the wall and my friend who was with me got flung on top of the spire of the church and then propelled down on the ground near to me. I then got swept up by it, but was holding on to a nearby wall.



My friend was slowly waking up, pulled out a shotgun from god knows where and shot the whip like arm, setting me free. After that I appeared in this weird circular type room with a demon that had wings and was extremely bright. I ran out of the room and the demon turned all black and rotted away.



No fucking clue how all that stayed in my mind. Quite a vivid dream.

I was spending time in Milan in a foreign exchange program (except Milan was a mix between Milan and the middle east) and Flying Lotus was there and I was his beat apprentice. Also I saw this movie trailer for this film "Octopus" in which in a group of women one gets pregnant from a mystery father and they hold a party to see who was the father. The real father tries to kill the women but her fate is left unknown as the trailer cuts. According to my band director who was there, she manages to escape due to supernatural powers a fabled octopus shaped food gives her and that twist is the reason the film was picked up and produced. Also while being in the middle east version of Milan, we faced a few threats from soldiers from neighboring countries throwing grenades, but our safety was top priority to the government. This took place about 4-5 years in the future
