Pho3nix^ I've heard both but am interested in the details that make thulean mysteries even better than daudi baldrs. I'd like to appreciate TM more than I currently do if its possible.

This is novel, but it‘s far too repetitive and lacks variety. TM is very long, but there’s not that many dull moments on it, and it definitely feels like one of the most refined ambient records to come from Burzum.

DrGonzo1937* I'll give you a lack of variety on DB. At the same time, that's part of the beauty of it. There's so much focus within a limited range. Using the same palate, there are those sinister bm vibes but also regal, eerie, tragic, and demented soundspaces. DB goes deeper into fewer areas while TM ventures across a more varied terrain. Anyway, I should prob hear TM again. It has its qualities.

Oh look, honey, our boy's a genius. He's stabbed a guy to death and made a shitty dungeon synth album in his prison cell.

this ain't bad at all. ok the farting horn on the t/t is pretty bad lol. definitely has a certain charm to it due to it's cheapness. runescape ass jams. balferd baldrs and moti ragnarokum are really nice. could do without the neverending 10 minute two note piano song though!
