I saw them live yesterday, spun this a couple times. I must say they are fun, but very in your face - a bit too much, the humor just is so obvious, there is no sublety... as their music I'd say. crowd loved them and they had a good energy, it was fun. Moshpit was fun
Their drummer is one of the most average drummers I have ever seen, he literally did two beats for a hour of gig.
He made the sleeping with sirens (...) drummer look like Mike Mangini in comparison. Felt like I watched a school band or something and then actual musicians showed up almost... Seriously giving praise to Sleeping with Sirens for their musicianship was not in my 2023 bingo but here we are
They need another guitarist because they sound horribly flat, so much empty space in their mix live.

I wouldn't go to see Don Broco expecting Dream Theater to be honest haha! They are a ton of fun though. They excel at stage presence if anything, with the right crowd it can be a really wild time.

This band highly relies on production for their music yeah, I can see this wouldn't do well in a live setting if you are going to pay a lot of attention to detail

These guys have some jams, mate of mine reckons the vocalist is the frontman of Sleep Token too. Makes some sense, the two band’s had tours back to back here in Australia this year and there’s definitely some tonal similarities.
