Slighty more polished this time around, but still damn good.

Yeah, I just wish they go a little easier on that polish, next time around. I mean it's all good, but it could have been so much better. Kinda spoils the vibe for me.

I believe the music would indeed benefit from greater atmosphere, but the songwriting is good. Rogyapa or Under the Megalith are both bangers, for example.

Really enjoying the production on this actually. Music’s pretty good, too.

I personally really love this band and their brand of blackened death metal because it definitely has that cavernous, murky sound that just drips with atmosphere. From what I'm getting, its not as atmospheric as their debut? If so, bummer but I'll still give it a few spins regardless. I also enjoy the vocalist quite a bit because he sounds like an angry undead being with his dry, raspy sounding growls. Sort of gives off Timeghoul vibes???

The songwriting is the redeeming factor here, agreed. This may grow on me, as it seems to have plenty of replay value.

I hope it grows on you eventually.

His performance on the mid-paced section of 'Kingdoms Beyond Kallash' is massive.

Just read notrap’s excellent review. Agree atmosphere is down on Odori Sepulcrorum but only marginal but the songwriting and musical performances is what I truly revel in. Bands and albums like this are total metal which is a thing to behold
